WHEREAS, the Agreement on Maritime Trade between the Government of the federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government or Republic of Turkey was signed in Addis Ababa on the 13th day of January,2005 .

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has 1h ratified said Agreement at · its session held on the 26 day of May, 2005;

NOW, THEREFORE, m accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the . constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
