WHEREAS, the Construction Works regulatory Authority is established by proclamation No. 1097/2018 Article 32 (16) following the redefining of the organization, powers and duty of the executive organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia;

WHEREAS, According to the same proclamation it has been decided that the power and duty of the authority to be determined by the council of ministers regulation;

NOW, THEREFORE, This regulation is issued by the council of Ministers pursuant to proclamation No.1097/2018 article (34) that determine the power and duty of the Federal Executive Organ
