This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 34 of the Definition of Power and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia proclamation No. 1097/2018 and Article47 (1) (a) and (d) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No.25/1992.
