WHEREAS, the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda have signed the Cooperation Agreement in the field of Communication, Information, and Media in Kigali, on the 28th day of April, 2017;
WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its session held on the 16th day of January, 2019;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
