WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopian and the African Development Bank stipulating that African Development Bank provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 76, 110, 000 USD (seventy six million one hundred and ten thousand United States Dollars) for financing Four Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Improvement Program was singed in Addis Ababa on the 3rd day of February 2016;

WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of April 2016;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
