WHEREAS, the Treaty on Tourism Cooperation between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and The Republic of the Sudan is signed in Khartoum 11th May 2002;

WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Treaty that it shall enter into force on the date of exchange of instruments of ratification through diplomatic channel;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic or Ethiopia has rarified the said Treaty at its session held on 6th day of January, 2005

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub Article (1) and (12) of the Constitution, of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
