This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 34 of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 691/2010, Article 37 of the Anti-Terrorism Proclamation No.652/2009 and Article 54(1) of the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism Proclamation No.780/2013.
