WHEREAS, it is become necessary to re-establish the National Lottery Administration in accordance with the findings of the business process re-engineering study;

NOW, THEREFORE, this Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 2(8) of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Amendment Proclamation No. 603/2008.
