WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Danske Bank A/S stipulating that the Danske Bank A/S provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 117,300,000 Euro (One Hundred Seventeen Million Three Hundred Thousand Euro) for financing Asela Wind Power Construction Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 17th day of June, 2020;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its 4th urgent session held on the 22nd day of September, 2020
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
