WHEREAS, the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Togolese Republic has been signed on the 1st day of February 2011 in Addis Ababa;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified it at its session held on the 14th day of January 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
