WHEREAS, the Agreement on Scientific and Technological Cooperation between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China was signed in Addis Ababa, on the 28th day of October 2011;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 17th day of May, 2012;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with sub-article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows
