WHEREAS, it is necessary to ratify the Convention Concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour No. 182/1999 adopted by international labour organization eighty seventh session held on June, 1999;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
