WHEREAS, a Convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income was signed between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Korea on the 25th day of May, 2016, in Addis Ababa;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said convention at its session held on the 29th day of June, 2017;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
