WHEREAS, the Additional Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the African Development Fund stipulating that the African Development Fund provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 2,290,000 Units of Account (Two Million Two Hundred and Ninety Thousand Units of Account) for financing Water, Sanitation and Hygiene National Program (OWNP), was signed in Addis Ababa on the 24th day of May 2017;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of July, 2017;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
