WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer rights and obligations of Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Agency to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Sub-Article (1) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
