WHEREAS, the Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Sudan on Trade, Economic and Technical Cooperation was signed in Khartoum on the 4th day of December, 2013;
WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on 30th day of June, 2016.
NOW,THEREFORE, in accordance with article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
