WHEREAS, it has become necessary to issue a Regulation in order to implement the proclamation providing for the re-establishment of the Ethiopian News Service;

WHEREAS, it has become essential to issue a Regulation to enables the Service effectively fulfil its role of realizing National Consensus and building the Country’s Image ;

WHEREAS, it has become necessary to Proclaim some of the issues in detail in order to implement the Proclamation that re-establishes the Service;

WHEREAS, it has become necessary to define the Services that the Service provides to generate income;

WHEREAS, it is important to stipulate the activities that the Service conducts to enable it attain its objectives in detail;

NOW, THEREFORE, the House of People’s Representatives in accordance with Article 16(1) of the Proclamation No.1115/2019 providing for the re-establishment of the Ethiopian News Service, it is proclaimed as follows.
