This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 5 of the Definitions of Powers and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 691/2003 and Article 16 (1) of the Raw Hides and Skins Marketing Proclamation No 814/2013.
