This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers Pursuant to Article 5 of the Definition of the Power and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 1097/2018 and Article 17(1) of the Federal Government of Financial Administration Proclamation No. 640/2009 (as amended).
