Whereas, the Extradition Treaty between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China has been signed in Addis Ababa, on the 4th day of May, 2014;
Now, therefore, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
