This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 5 of Proclamation No 691/2010 the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Article 42 (1) of Proclamation No 209/2000 the Research and Conservation of Cultural Heritage.
