WHEREAS, it has been necessary to amend some provisions of the Commercial Registration and Business Licensing Proclamation No. 67/1997 and to include some additional provisions to encourage investment;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
