This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 4 Sub-Article (1) of Proclamation No. 1294/2023 Proclamation to Provide for Autonomy of Universities. 1. Short Title This Regulation may be cited as the “Medemer University of Artificial Intelligence Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 588/2026”. 2. Definitions In this Regulation, unless the context otherwise requires: 1/ ‘‘Proclamation’’ means A proclamation to provide for Autonomy of Universities Proclametion No. 1294/2023; 2/ The definition given under Article 2 of the proclamation shall also apply to this Regulation;
