WHEREAS, the Bilateral Air Service Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Angola was signed in Luanda, on 22nd day of July 2025; WHEREAS, the House of Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this agreement at its 23rd regular session held on 4th day of June, 2026 NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
