WHEREAS the Bilateral Air Service Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone was signed in 2023; WHEREAS, the House of Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this agreement at its 23rd regular session held on 4th day of June, 2026; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
